How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that clearance items and custom prints are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
Can I use my Museum Membership discount online?
Yes! Heinz History Center members can apply their discount by entering their unique member ID at checkout. If you have trouble, please contact our support team before finalizing your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are the items sold online the same as those in the physical Museum Shop?
While we carry many of our most popular Pittsburgh-themed gifts and historical books online, our physical Museum Shop in the Strip District may carry additional exclusive or limited-edition items.
