At the Shop at the Heinz History Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Pittsburgh history and heritage items. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and historical documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to the Heinz History Center Museum Shop via your preferred carrier with tracking enabled.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
